I can’t express how much I love this one. Because it says so much about the universe in spite of its simplicity.
My question to you is: Are you trying to give away and help even if you're tired or know that you need energy for yourself?
I was this kind of woman. Always there for everyone around me. Never say no. At some point my exhaustion was bigger than me, I was depressed and the only thing I had the energy for is asking myself what is it all for?
This is a very important lesson here and if you’ve been or are in a similar situation this is your answer.
Just a phrase "you need to love yourself first" never was enough for me. Well, you need to, so what. So let me break it down for you so we can see what it is in a more specific way.
Love to yourself is a very specific type of energy. As you are a creator, center of your own world, the Universe realizes all your dreams based on your deepest intention. And your deepest intention basically reflects the type of energy you have.
Love to yourself is this scale. That shows your personal energy signature, your frequency. The higher your frequency is the faster and better manifestation of your desired happen.
Everything you want or dream about is already there. But your personal frequency needs to match the frequency of your desire (which is usually higher as we consciously want good for ourselves, right?)
This is where self-love is your source. As you can’t raise your frequencies when your deepest intention comes from an outer place.

Well, it’s clear that Albert Einstein had a special talent… why would he say that then?
The thing is everyone has it. Every single person on Earth. But to develop it or not is a choice we make. Often we don’t even understand we make this choice as we’re too busy trying to meet others’ expectations or running away from what scares and worries us.
Many people nowadays are trying to find their purpose. But the purpose is a too big and abstract word.
Your journey is your purpose. Your Soul chose this unique experience and this unique body not just for one magical “purpose”, that you get and it clicks. But for many of them. For the journey itself. Living a life, every breath your take, the thought that you have when you open or eyes, the way you approach problems, talk with people and even look at your own self is a manifestation of your uniqueness on Earth.
When you become passionately curious about the life, about yourself and what is more do you have inside to open, understand or release, you step on the path of your purpose further and further. Somewhere there you’ll realize what a great value you’re about to bring to the world, but it wouldn’t matter as much as it used to. Because you’ll know curiosity, exploration, happiness, living is what you’re here for, this is the space where best talents, breakthroughs, greatness are.

We live in a space of endless possibilities. Your Soul chose hundreds of different scenarios. Every of your choices matter. Your thought and feelings matter. And at any moment you can change anything you don’t like by choosing another bubble of possibilities.
The Universe always takes care of you. Often we just don’t see it.
Your Soul gives you clues in a form of intuitive feelings or joy you experience when you do something. Your Soul always signals you what’s the right next step.
Sometimes the most important idea we need to take in is a right intention. What are your intentions? Ask yourself:
Do I act from a place of Love or Fear? Every action is a manifestation of your will and uniqueness. Do I do this because I am afraid and I don’t want to feel this fear or because I feel like this action can bring me closer to who I want to be?
The second part is what call is. And we answer it, when we explore our uniqueness through actions that reflect our true selves, we can receive more and more blessings and abundance. The Universe is ready to give, it just waits for us to look in the right direction.

We live in a Universe of polarity. If you’ve ever seen Yin Yang sign, this is what it’s about. Polarity. Black and White. Hot and Cold. Summer and Winter. Day and Night. Birth and Death. Female and Male energies. Spirit and Matter. Positive and Negative.
